INDEMNITY:

Any person who enters the resort and/or participates in any activity and/or entertainment, does so at their own risk. Bosveld Oase Brits, including its Directors, Management, and Employees, accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, loss, or damage to persons or possessions resulting from use of facilities or participation in any activity or entertainment offered on the premises.

All guests are required to sign the indemnity form upon arrival. Parents are to sign on behalf of children under the age of 18.
