Bass Lake Private Accommodation Information and Zero Tolerance Agreement NO FOOD Policy The lodge accommodation are NOT SELF-CATERING units. No food, cooking or eating allowed in the rooms, whatsoever. NO FOOD, whatsoever, may be brought onto the premises. NO BEVERAGES, whatsoever, may be brought onto the premises. LIMITED CAPACITY RESTAURANT Our kitchen do NOT cater for any special dietary requirements. Our compact kitchen do NOT offer any vegetarian, vegan, kosher or halaal meals. We use pork, chicken, beef, lamb, fish, shellfish, milk, eggs, peanut, tree nut, sesame, soy & wheat in our kitchen. Our kitchen can order special dietary requirements from our preferred suppliers when booked well in advance. This service comes at a surcharge. ROOMS Strictly 2 guests per room. No kids under 12 are allowed in lodge accommodation. No day visitors are allowed. Fishing All fishing is strictly catch & release. No fishing after dark. Right of admission reserved - We reserve the right to refuse any person entry to the premises whatsoever. Termination of occupancy - We reserve the right to terminate the occupancy of any person, without notice, for failing to comply with the conditions stated in this agreement or not complying with house rules or for creating any form of nuisance or annoyance which in any way interferes with the quiet or general comfort of other patrons.***No music may be played outside at all***. Any other noise must be restricted to the minimum Indemnity & Cancellation Policy

Liability - All persons and/or goods entering/or brought onto the premises do so on their own risk. The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to persons, vehicles or other property whilst on the premises. Pets - No pets will be allowed onto the premises. District - In terms of this agreement the client consents to the jurisdiction of the Cullinan Magisterial District. By securing your reservation with us you will automatically be deemed to have accepted the terms, conditions & indemnity stated herein. Cancellation/postponement: When you let us know well in advance and we are able to rebook your room, we will gladly move your booking date.
