Terms of Booking

• We require a minimum of 100% deposit to confirm your booking.  
• Please use your Invoice number as reference to enable use to correlate it to your booking.
  
• We would appreciate payment in full before arrival as we do not like to handle cash.
• We do not have card facilities.

Check-in/out Times

• Check-in times are from 14:00 until 19:30, unless alternative arrangements have been made
• Unit must be vacated by 11:00 on the morning of departure
• Arrangements to leave a bit later can be made with the owner, however this depends on if there are guests arriving on the same day

What to bring

• All the food & drinks you will require for your stay
• We do supply a towel and bedding not to be removed
• Please do not remove amenities and soap dispensers
• The closest shop is only 2 km’s away

• Guests are liable for breakage/damages, etc. and to be settled on presentation of Invoice
• Owners will not be held liable for any loss or injury on the premises
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Parking available for maximum of 2 cars undercover
• Please respect the privacy of the main house - use the garden in front of the unit and stay out of the rest of the garden
• NO SMOKING in unit
• No pets allowed
