Your booking was successful
Accommodation Terms & Conditions.
1. Full and final payment is required 7 days before
check-in.
2. Check-in from 14h00. Early check-in before 14h00 is R350
per room.
3. Check-out is by 10h00. Late check-out without prior
arrangement will be charged as an extra night.
4. Breakfast: No breakfast served on Mondays. Breakfast
parcels are available on request. Tuesday–Friday: 07h00–12h00. Saturday &
Sunday: 09h15–10h00 (not served after 10h00).
5. Dinner: Served 17h00–19h30.
6. Restaurant: Closed from Sundays 14h30 until Tuesdays
16h00.
7. Self-catering units: Maximum of 2 guests per unit. Meals
excluded but restaurant is available.
8. Mini bar available on request – arrange when making your
reservation.
9. No alcohol, beverages or food may be brought onto the
premises (self-catering units excluded).
10. A la Carte restaurant and cash bar available.
11. Mosquitos & flies may be present, please bring
repellent.
12. No discounts will be allowed for periods of absence or
meals not taken.
13. No smoking, candles, firearms, archery, or drugs are
allowed in rooms or on the premises.
14. Firearms in your possession must be placed in the room
safe.
15. Guests are liable for any damage or loss of property,
furniture, or linen.
16. Towels may not be taken to the pool. Pool towels are
available at reception.
17. Items borrowed from reception (e.g., adaptors) must be
returned on check-out.
18. Laundry service is available on request. No laundry may
be done in the rooms.
19. Gabbata Lodge will not be held liable for service
interruptions (water, electricity, sanitation).
20. Management reserves the right of admission. Misconduct
may result in termination of stay without refund.
21. Speed limit on premises is 10 km/h. A fine of R500 will
be issued if exceeded.
22. Guests make use of the property at their own risk. The
Lodge shall not be held liable for loss or damage except for valuables handed
in at reception.
23. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival – full amount payable. Cancellations
before 14 days – deposits may be transferred once, subject to availability.
24. Children Policy: Please confirm ages and sleeping
arrangements when booking.
25. Noise Policy: No excessive noise after 23h00 unless
prior arrangement has been made for a private function.
