Guest/s attend this establishment at their own risk.

The Proprietor, its agents and/or employees ("the Proprietor") shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature, including but not limited to theft, injury, death, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.

The guest/s further indemnify the Proprietor against any claims of whatever nature arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.

This Disclaimer Notice is deemed to have been accepted by all guests entering the property.

Please ensure that you return your room key to Reception upon departure. A replacement fee of R300.00 will be charged for any room key not returned.

CONFIRMATION

The above rate is inclusive of VAT at 15% and breakfast (where applicable).

Deposit Policy (Accommodation Bookings)

A 50% deposit of the total invoice amount is payable within 48 hours of making your booking. Receipt of this payment confirms your reservation.

The outstanding balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

For EFT payments, please use your surname and reservation/booking number as the payment reference and email proof of payment to us.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

All cancellations or amendments must be received in writing.
No verbal cancellations or amendments will be accepted.
A 100% cancellation fee applies to reservations cancelled 0–7 days prior to arrival.
A 50% cancellation fee applies to reservations cancelled 8–14 days prior to arrival.
No cancellation fee applies to reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.
All functions are allocated six (6) hours from the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the allocated function time.
Weddings are allocated nine (9) hours from the ceremony start time.
An overtime charge of R3,500.00 will apply for weddings exceeding the allocated hours.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking value will be forfeited.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply to any reduction in guest numbers made on the day of arrival.

Refund Policy

A 7% administration fee will be deducted from all refundable amounts. This administration fee is charged in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.

Banqueting

Please note that take-away food from our buffet stations is not permitted for quality control and hygiene purposes.
