Indemnity and Disclaimer

All persons entering these premises do so at their own risk and peril.

The owners, management, and administrators of this premises, including their respective employees, officers, agents, and/or contractors, shall not, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be held responsible for:

• Any loss or damage whatsoever caused to any property, or vehicle, including but not limited to any loss caused by theft; and/or
• Any personal injury or death caused to any person, following any act, omission, and/or negligence howsoever arising on the premises.

Children and Supervision

• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst on the premises at all times.
• Children entering the premises shall be under the sole supervision and responsibility of those adults accompanying them.

Property Damage and Loss

• The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability in the event of any missing or damaged items.
• The guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s), or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
• Missing or damaged items will be added to the guest(s) invoice and must be settled in full by the guest(s).
• The guest(s) acknowledge a charge for a lost key of R150.00 per item.

Personal Belongings

• The guest(s) acknowledge that the Property is not responsible for any items at the Property.
• In the event items are left behind in the room after check out, the Property is under no obligation to store these belongings after check out.
