Your booking was successful

You hereby indemnify, hold harmless, and expressly exempt and release the Milimani Comfort Kisumu from any and all liabilities and claims arising from any cause whatsoever, including those related (whether directly or indirectly) to your stay at the resort except if such a liability or claim is as a direct and substantial result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the company.
