Your booking was successful

1. I warrant that I am duly authorized to sign on behalf of and bind any person accompanying me (if any) to these rules & regulations.
2. I acknowledge that my stay is entirely at my own risk.
3. I release Sparklings Resort from all and any liability and waive all and any claims, of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, which may arise from any cause whatsoever during the period of my stay, including all traveling to from the resort.
4. I Indemnify and agree to hold harmless Sparklings Resort against all and any claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever during the period of my stay, including all traveling to, from Sparklings Resort, which any one of more of my dependants or any third party may have including, but not limited to claims arising from my death, personal injury or loss of damage to my possessions.
5. I agree to adhere to all regulations, which may be brought to my attention during the period of my stay, by the management, guides, or any other employee of Sparklings Resort.
6. I acknowledge that I know and understand the content, meaning, and effect of this document.
