_{TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS AT MODIMOLLE HOLIDAY RESORT}

1. A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation account will be payable, and must be paid on or before the due date to confirm the booking. The payment of deposits must occur on or before the due date stipulated. Please send proof of payment to besprekings@modiresort.com
2. A fee of 30% will be charged in the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before arrival. (Alternatively a voucher for 100% of the deposit made, can be issued)
3. Deposits received will be forfeited in the event of cancellations in the last month (30 days) before arrival.
4. No money will be reimbursed if guests leave the resort earlier than planned (see cancellation policy).
5. Failure to pay the deposit on or before the due date will lead to the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
6. All outstanding costs must be paid in full before arrival.
7. Debit cards, Visa and Master credit cards as well as electronic transfers are accepted payment methods.
8. Reservation fees apply.
9. Arrival time: 14H00 and departure time: 10H00.
10. Upon arrival, the guest will sign a form that indemnifies the resort against any liability should guests sustain injuries or any loss during their stay.
11. Guests will also sign a form by which they undertake to comply with the rules of the resort.
12. Refundable key deposit of R200 (CASH) will be charged upon arrival.
13. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
14. Additional fee as specified, per additional person, for particular unit will be charged. Only one additional person are allowed above the accommodation limit. This does not include bed, mattress or bedding.
15. One vehicle per accommodation camp stand is included. Extra vehicle at specified price on tariffs per night.
16. Guests using the camping facilities must please bring their own power pointer adaptor (will also be available at kiosk) and 25m extension cord.
17. Smoking in accommodation units are strictly prohibited.
18. No pets allowed.
19. Day visit hours are from 08:00 to 18:00. No visitors will be allowed after 18:00.
20. If you are expecting visitors during your stay, it has to be arranged at reception during office hours.
21. Only accepted swimwear is allowed.
22. No music from motor vehicles or private sound systems is permitted at the resort.
23. Silence must be maintained between 22.00 and 07:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.    All cancellations must reach the resort in writing.

2. A fee of 30% will be charged in the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before arrival. (Alternatively a voucher for 100% of the deposit made, can be issued)
3. Deposits received will be forfeited in the event of cancellations in the last month (30 days) before arrival.
4. No money will be reimbursed if guests leave the resort earlier than planned.
5. In the event of cancellation due to death (or other acceptable reasons for which the person has no control), only R300 administration fees are charged when supporting evidence is provided.
