1. Pumulani Lodge and/or any of its employees cannot be held responsible or liable for any

loss, damage or injury to any person or any person’s property or any inconvenience due

to power failures or the acts of GOD.

2. Any person participating in any event during the function, do so entirely at their own risk.

3. In the unlikely event of an accident, injury and/or any other mishap where medical

attention is required, the person requiring such assistance will be liable for the full

account thereof. 

4. In the event of theft and/or damage to any property, cutlery, crockery, linen and furniture of Pumulani Lodge, the replacement cost thereof will be charged to the account of the Signatory of this document. 

5. Pumulani Lodge reserves the right to cancel any booking and/or stop any function forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damage or destruction caused to the venue due to fire, acts of God, industrial unrest and/or any other cause beyond the control of Pumulani Lodge, which may prevent Pumulani Lodge from performing it’s obligations. However, in these circumstances, Pumulani Lodge will make all efforts possible, with the available resources, to assist in finding an alternative venue for the function.
